Community Guidelines

KeenGig is a network where gig workers share experiences, compare markets, and help one another make better-informed decisions. Community posts are public within the forum, reflect individual members’ views, and are not necessarily verified or endorsed by KeenGig.

Respect people

Harassment, threats, stalking, intimidation, hate, targeted humiliation, and repeated personal attacks are prohibited.

Protect privacy

Do not post customer names, addresses, order details, license plates, private messages, contact information, financial information, or other sensitive personal information. Remove identifying details from screenshots.

Do not facilitate harm

Do not promote violence, fraud, theft, dangerous driving, account misuse, malware, scams, or other unlawful or unsafe activity.

Represent information honestly

Distinguish personal experience, opinion, rumor, and verified information. Do not fabricate earnings, offers, screenshots, platform communications, affiliations, or market conditions. Disclose relevant financial or promotional interests.

No spam or manipulation

Phishing, malware, repetitive promotions, deceptive referrals, impersonation, artificial engagement, and unsolicited commercial advertising are prohibited.

Enforcement

KeenGig may warn members, remove content, restrict posting, suspend forum access, or permanently ban forum access. Severe conduct may result in immediate action. Forum enforcement does not automatically cancel a paid membership or remove non-community tools, although fraud, security threats, or abuse of the wider service may result in account-level action.

Reports must be used in good faith. Do not retaliate against members or abuse reporting tools to silence disagreement.
