Privacy Policy KEENGIG • SMARTER DECISIONS FOR GIG WORKERS Effective date: September 6, 2026 This Privacy Policy explains how KeenGig LLC collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when you use the KeenGig software, keengig.com, and any related websites, web applications, mobile or progressive web applications, calculators, reports, content, and services that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Service”). KeenGig LLC operates the Service. In this Policy, “KeenGig LLC,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to KeenGig LLC. “KeenGig” refers to the software and product, and “keengig.com” refers to the website. By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described below. If you do not agree, do not use the Service or submit information to it. 1. Scope and relationship to other documents This Policy applies to information processed through the Service. It does not govern a third party’s independent services or practices, even when the Service links to or relies on that third party. Our Terms of Service incorporate this Policy. If the Terms conflict with this Policy regarding the handling of personal information, this Policy controls for that issue. 2. Information we collect The information KeenGig LLC collects depends on which features you use. • Account and profile information. This may include your email address, username or display name, password hash, account status, membership status, verification records, and related account-administration information. KeenGig LLC does not store your password in readable form. • Settings and preferences. This may include country, region or state, preferred market or city, currency, measurement units, gig-company selections, calculator defaults, driving assumptions, and other preferences you choose to save. • Private business records. This may include vehicle information, cost assumptions, expenses, income, accepted offers, offer logs, reports, and other records you save in your account. These records are private account data and are not automatically placed in the public analytics database. • Live Calculator information. If you expressly opt in to analytics contribution, KeenGig LLC may collect the fields identified in the notice displayed with an eligible calculator. For Live Offer entries, this may include country, region, market, gig company, period of day, currency, distance unit, offer value, estimated distance and time, and estimated actual distance and time. The analytics record excludes your name, email address, display name, username, account ID, IP address, session ID, and notes. This information is used for pseudonymous aggregate analytics as described in Section 5. • Public calculator information. KeenGig LLC does not intentionally save inputs submitted to the public Free Offer Calculator as account records or analytics contributions. Ordinary security and server logs may still record technical request information, but not calculator inputs unless needed to investigate an error, abuse, or security event. • Offer Capture information. The iOS Shortcut and Android companion app may extract text from an offer screen and send that text to KeenGig for parsing. Depending on device support and settings, a capture may also include the platform, capture date and time, time of day, coarse city, region, and country, offer amount, estimated distance, and estimated time. KeenGig LLC does not request precise coordinates through the offer-analysis API. When a capture is parsed successfully, the raw OCR text is discarded immediately after processing and only relevant normalized offer data, calculation results, and necessary technical or security records are saved. When a capture cannot be verified or may reflect a changed platform format, KeenGig LLC may retain the raw OCR text and an optional submitted screenshot as restricted diagnostic content for no more than 30 days. Non-content diagnostic metadata, such as a request identifier, parser status, error code, platform, timestamps, missing fields, and parsed values, may be retained longer to operate, secure, and improve the Service. The Android app may use screen-capture, overlay, and location permissions only when the user initiates offer capture. It does not continuously track location and does not accept, decline, complete, or cancel offers. • Payment and subscription information. Stripe processes payment credentials and may provide KeenGig LLC with limited billing information such as customer and subscription identifiers, payment status, billing dates, transaction amounts, card brand, and the last digits of a payment card. KeenGig LLC does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers. • Communications. We collect information you provide when you contact support, billing, privacy, or security addresses; respond to a survey; report a problem; or otherwise communicate with us. • Technical and usage information. Servers and security systems may automatically record IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, requested pages, timestamps, session or cookie identifiers, error information, and security events. We use this information to deliver, troubleshoot, measure, and protect the Service. 3. How we use information KeenGig LLC may use information to: • provide, personalize, calculate, save, and display the features you request; • create and administer accounts, memberships, subscriptions, and payments; • send verification, password-reset, billing, security, policy, support, and other transactional communications; • respond to requests and provide customer support; • maintain, troubleshoot, test, secure, and improve the Service; • detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and technical failures; • produce deidentified aggregate statistics, benchmarks, research, and market reports as described below; • enforce our Terms and protect the rights, safety, and property of users, KeenGig LLC, and others; and • comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. KeenGig LLC will not use identifiable private account data for a materially different purpose without providing appropriate notice and, when required, obtaining permission. 4. Private account data Account settings, preferences, vehicle information, income, expenses, saved records, and similar private account information are maintained for the user-facing operation of the Service. KeenGig LLC does not publish this identifiable information and does not automatically copy it into the analytics database merely because it exists in a user’s account. Authorized KeenGig LLC personnel may access private account data when reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, or support the Service; respond to the user; investigate misuse; comply with law; or protect legal rights. Access should be limited to persons with a legitimate need and may be logged or reviewed for security purposes. 5. Optional Live Calculator and aggregate analytics Analytics contribution is optional and off by default. You may opt in during signup or in Driver Preferences and may turn participation off there at any time. Your calculators and private account history continue to work when participation is off. Turning participation off stops future analytics contributions. For opted-in Live Offer submissions, KeenGig LLC creates a protected pseudonymous token from a private account subject value and an independently managed daily key. The token changes each UTC day. It allows KeenGig to recognize several entries from one contributor within one day, count distinct daily contributors, limit how much one contributor can influence a result, and review abuse or anomalies. The analytics database does not receive the underlying subject value or a direct account identifier. KeenGig LLC will not use the daily token to build a permanent activity profile or claim unique contributors across different days. Daily tokens are pseudonymous, not anonymous. Detailed location, timing, and offer information may still carry indirect identification risk. Raw analytics contributions are therefore treated as sensitive and are not public. Public reports must use aggregate results and pass minimum-contributor, suppression, and quality rules. Small or highly specific groups will not be published. KeenGig LLC may use properly aggregated analytics to measure market conditions and trends, develop benchmarks, improve calculations and tools, conduct research, and create free public reports or other aggregate reports. Public analytics will remain disabled until aggregation, limited raw-retention, daily-key retirement, access-control, and operational verification procedures are deployed. 6. Future voluntary analytics contributions KeenGig LLC may later invite users to contribute specifically identified information from their private account data to the separate analytics system. Such a request will clearly state the data requested, the intended purpose, and the expected aggregate or public use. The user may approve or deny the request. Denial will not authorize KeenGig to transfer the requested private data for that purpose. A user may withdraw permission for future transfers by the method provided with the request or by contacting privacy@keengig.com. Withdrawal does not necessarily remove information that was already deidentified, combined into aggregate statistics, incorporated into completed research, or published before withdrawal, unless applicable law requires otherwise. 7. When we disclose information KeenGig LLC may disclose information in the following circumstances: • Service providers. We may provide information to vendors that perform services for us, subject to appropriate contractual or operational restrictions. Current infrastructure and operational providers include IONOS for hosting, Stripe for payment processing, and Zoho Mail and ZeptoMail for email and transactional communications. Porkbun provides domain-registration and DNS-related services but ordinarily does not receive user account or calculator records from KeenGig. PostgreSQL is database software used within KeenGig’s hosted infrastructure, not a separate recipient of user information. • Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or a valid government request, or is necessary to protect rights, safety, property, users, the public, or the Service. • Business changes. Information may be disclosed or transferred as part of forming or reorganizing a business entity, financing, merger, acquisition, asset sale, insolvency, or transfer of all or part of the Service, subject to applicable law and the commitments in this Policy. • At your direction. We may disclose information when you direct or authorize us to do so. • Aggregate or deidentified information. We may publish, share, or license information that has been aggregated or deidentified so that it is not reasonably linked to an individual, subject to the safeguards described in this Policy. KeenGig LLC does not sell or rent identifiable private account information to data brokers, advertisers, gig platforms, or other third parties. KeenGig LLC does not currently use identifiable private account information for third-party targeted advertising. 8. Cookies and similar technology KeenGig LLC may use cookies, local storage, session identifiers, and similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, security, preferences, feature operation, and basic service measurement. Blocking required cookies may prevent account login or other features from working. If KeenGig LLC later introduces nonessential advertising or cross-site tracking technology, we will update this Policy and provide any notice or choice required by law before using it. 9. Data retention Raw OCR text from a successfully parsed offer capture is discarded immediately after processing. Raw OCR text and any optional screenshot retained for a failed or potentially changed-format capture are deleted or irreversibly cleared no later than 30 days after the diagnostic record is created. Access to this diagnostic content is limited to authorized troubleshooting and compatibility work. Related non-content diagnostic metadata may be kept longer when reasonably necessary for reliability, security, abuse prevention, and audit purposes. KeenGig LLC retains identifiable private account information while an account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide and protect the Service. When a user makes a valid request to delete the account, KeenGig will delete or deidentify that user’s identifiable private account data within 180 days after the request is validated. Limited information may be retained longer when reasonably necessary to comply with law; maintain required financial or transaction records; prevent or investigate fraud, abuse, or security events; resolve disputes; enforce agreements; preserve evidence; establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; or complete backup-retention cycles. When an exception applies, KeenGig LLC will limit retained information and its use to the applicable purpose and retain it only as long as reasonably necessary. Pseudonymous raw analytics contributions are governed by a separate limited-retention program and are not intended for indefinite retention. Properly aggregated statistics, completed research, and public reports may be retained indefinitely and ordinarily will not be removed when an associated account is deleted. KeenGig LLC may delete analytics records for security, legal, quality, privacy, or operational reasons. 10. Your choices and privacy requests Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information; to withdraw certain consent; or to object to or opt out of certain processing. KeenGig LLC may provide some controls through account settings and may also accept requests at privacy@keengig.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before fulfilling a request. We may deny or limit a request when permitted by law, including when we cannot reasonably verify it, when an exception applies, or when fulfilling it would adversely affect another person’s rights. We will explain a denial when required. Authorized agents may submit requests when applicable law permits and adequate authorization is provided. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not itself delete the account. Deleting an account ends access and begins the deletion process described in Section 9. You may stop future analytics contributions in Driver Preferences. Because daily-token contributions are not stored with an account ID, KeenGig LLC may be unable to locate a particular raw contribution by account; properly aggregated information ordinarily cannot be retrieved or deleted by account. 11. Email communications KeenGig LLC may send transactional communications about account verification, password resets, security, billing, subscriptions, support, policy changes, and operation of the Service. These messages are necessary to administer the Service. You may opt out of optional marketing messages without affecting transactional communications. Email delivery providers may process sender and recipient addresses, message content, delivery status, timestamps, IP-related routing data, and bounce or complaint information. 12. Security KeenGig LLC uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and encryption in transit. Security measures will evolve with the Service and the sensitivity of the information handled. No storage, transmission, or security system is completely secure, and KeenGig LLC cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration will never occur. If you believe your account or information may have been compromised, contact security@keengig.com promptly. 13. Third-party services Third-party services such as Stripe, IONOS, Zoho, ZeptoMail, and linked gig-platform or informational websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. KeenGig LLC does not control their independent practices. Review the applicable third-party policy before providing information directly to that provider. 14. International use KeenGig is operated by KeenGig LLC from the United States, and information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations used by our service providers. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live. Where required, KeenGig will use an appropriate legal basis and safeguards for cross-border processing. Availability of the Service in a location does not by itself mean that KeenGig has established operations there. 15. Children The Service is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. KeenGig LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to KeenGig LLC, contact privacy@keengig.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action. 16. Changes to this Policy KeenGig LLC may update this Policy as the Service, technology, vendors, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service, by email, or by another appropriate method before the change takes effect when required. We will request consent before applying a materially different use retroactively when applicable law requires it. 17. Contact Privacy questions and requests may be sent to privacy@keengig.com.
