Early Access Disclosure

KeenGig LLC operates the KeenGig software and keengig.com. KeenGig is currently offered as an Early Access service. Early Access allows gig workers to use KeenGig while its tools, features, and supporting systems continue to be tested, improved, and expanded.
Monthly Billing
KeenGig Plus is a monthly subscription. Membership automatically renews each month unless canceled before the next renewal date. The billing date may shift in limited circumstances under the payment provider’s rules, including when a month does not contain the original billing day.
Founder Accounts
The first 500 subscribers to begin a paid KeenGig Plus membership will receive Founder status.
Founder accounts receive a guaranteed base membership price of $3 per month, plus applicable taxes, for the life of the KeenGig product while Founder eligibility remains in effect. The Founder guarantee applies to the base membership price; applicable taxes may change.
Founder status belongs to the qualifying account and cannot be transferred. Founder status and pricing are permanently forfeited if the qualifying account is deleted, receives a site-wide KeenGig ban, or remains without an active paid subscription for 180 consecutive days. Scheduling a cancellation does not begin the 180-day period while paid access remains active. If paid subscription access resumes before 180 consecutive unsubscribed days have elapsed, Founder eligibility remains in effect.
The allocation of a Founder account permanently counts toward the first 500 subscribers even if that account later forfeits Founder status. Forfeited Founder positions are not reassigned.
Early Access Accounts
After all 500 Founder positions have been allocated, eligible subscribers who join while the Early Access program remains open will receive Early Access pricing.
Early Access membership costs $3 per month, plus applicable taxes, for the first 12 monthly billing periods beginning when the qualifying paid subscription starts. Starting with the thirteenth monthly billing period, the membership automatically renews at the standard base price of $5 per month, plus applicable taxes.
Canceling does not pause or restart the 12-month Early Access period. Scheduling a cancellation does not begin a lapse while paid access remains active. If an eligible Early Access member resumes paid access before 90 consecutive unsubscribed days have elapsed and before the original promotional period ends, only the remaining portion of the original period may receive the $3 monthly price. After 90 consecutive days without an active paid subscription, Early Access pricing and any remaining promotional period are permanently forfeited. Account deletion or a site-wide KeenGig ban also permanently forfeits any remaining Early Access pricing.
End of Early Access
KeenGig LLC may stop accepting new Early Access subscriptions at any time. Ending new Early Access enrollment will not shorten an existing Founder guarantee or an existing Early Access member’s original 12-month promotional period.
After Early Access enrollment closes, new KeenGig Plus subscriptions will cost $5 per month, plus applicable taxes. Existing Early Access subscriptions will transition automatically to $5 per month after their original 12-month promotional period. Eligible Founder accounts will remain at $3 per month.
Cancellation and Refunds
Canceling stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid month. Access ordinarily continues through that paid period. Payments are nonrefundable and are not prorated except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout.
Early Access Service Expectations
Because KeenGig remains under active development, Early Access members may encounter bugs, incomplete features, calculation errors, service interruptions, or changes to the design and operation of the service. Features may be added, revised, replaced, or removed as KeenGig develops.
KeenGig LLC will work to provide safe and reliable tools, but Early Access features should not be treated as a substitute for professional financial, tax, legal, or business advice. Members remain responsible for reviewing calculations and making their own business decisions.
By subscribing during Early Access, a member acknowledges the developing nature of the service and agrees to the pricing and conditions described above.
